At NZ Muscle, we want you to look and feel your best in our apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unwashed and unworn clothing items. If your fit isn't perfect, simply follow our streamlined process to secure a size exchange or a full refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition with all tags attached and no signs of wear, makeup, or deodorant marks.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided or your preferred tracked courier service to send the parcel to our Auckland warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
